The County Headquarters Complex will centralize all executive offices including those of the CEC members, Chief Officers, the Legal Department, and revenue offices responsible for the issuance of permits among other essential departments, under one roof.
This strategic consolidation aims to streamline operations, improve coordination, and provide residents with easier access to government services.

By bringing these offices together in a single location, the county government will eliminate the need for residents to navigate multiple offices scattered across the county, thereby reducing the time and effort required to access services.
The establishment the County Headquarters Complex will not only improve efficiency but also enhance transparency and accountability in service delivery.
