In the run up to the 2nd Annual Devolution Conference to be held in Kisumu from April 21st to 24th, the Kisii County Government has organized a dialogue at the Kisii Cultural Hall. Governor Ongwae is expected to give a keynote speech on the state of devolution in Kisii County while wananchi get an opportunity to give views on the subject.
