Kisii County Government is in the process of preparing the County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2016 as per section 116(1) of the PFM act, 2012 and members of the public are therefore invited to attend public hearings and make contributions at the Sub-County consultative meetings to be held on 22nd and 23rd February, 2016 from 9AM to 1PM as scheduled below
