Following the introduction of the finance bill 2015 to the County Assembly, the Bill was committed to the Committee on Budget and Appropriation for consideration, pursuant to Standing Order 121 (6) (b) of the Kisii County Assembly Standing Orders, the Committee on Budget and Appropriations invites members of the General Public and Organizations to submit any representations that they may have the above bill.
The representations may be made orally or by submissions of written memoranda in the following manner.
1. Public hearing shall be held on 19th to 23rd October 2015 from 10.00 am on centers and venues listed below.
